Silently I go,                                    轻轻的我走了
As silently I came                               正如我轻轻的来
Silently I wave my hand                         我轻轻的招手
And bid farewell to the western clouds          作别西天的云彩




The golden willows on the river bank            那河畔的金柳
Are brids beneath the setting sun;                是夕阳中的新娘
Their flaming shadows in the wave’s light        波光里的艳影
Move softly on my heart                        在我的心头荡漾




Green weed in soft clay,                         软泥上的青荇
Greenly tossing beneath the water,               油油的在水底招摇
In the soft waves of Cam                        在康河的柔波里
I am content to be a weed                      我甘心做一条水草




The pool under the elms’ shadow                那榆荫下的一潭
Is not a clear spring, but a rainbow               不是清泉，是天上的虹

Shattered among pondweeds,                    揉碎在浮藻间
Falling at last into rainbow dreams                沉淀着彩虹似的梦




Who seeks dreams? Poling a long pole,           寻梦？撑一支长篇

Roving through places greener than green grass,  向青草更青处漫溯

A boat fully loaded with starlight                  满载一船星辉

Sings beneath splendid stars                      在星辉斑斓里放歌




Now I cannot sing aloud,                         但我不能放歌

And silent are the farewell flutes;                  悄悄是别离的笙箫

Even the insects are silent for me                  夏虫也为我沉默

On this silent Cambridge night                    沉默是今晚的康桥




Silently I go,                                     悄悄的我走了

As silently I came                               正如我悄悄的来

I wave my sleeves,                              我挥一挥衣袖

Carrying away no silk of clouds                  不带走一片云彩
